The year is quickly coming to an end. For many businesses and individuls, the end of the year denotes a time of preperation for the new year. One of the things we must prepare is our varous documents for income tax returns.

Newly established, Flame Think, Inc. elected to incorporate in November 2011. We are recognized as a newly created nonprofit corporation in the State of Texas via Certificate of Filing through the Office of the Secretary of State which formally occurred on December 9, 2011.

On December 23, 2011, Flame Think, Inc. submitted necessary documents for I.R.S. 501 (c) (3) recognition consideration.

Flame Think, Inc. seeks to educate the community on the issues of suicide, suicide intervention and critical incident stress management issues.

Flame Think, Inc. seeks to reduce the number of suicides by providing crisis management and suicide intervention skills training to interested individuals and businesses. We seek to make this training availalbe at little or no cost to institutions (small businesses, schools, city governments, and emergency responders) which do not have a budget for and cannot acquire such training.

Additionally, Flame Think, Inc. strives to strengthen the Traditional Family Unit by offering Family Enrichment seminars.
